Auto Opat, Servis Auto Opat, Marketing manager
Servis AUTO OPAT operates in the market as an authorized dealer and service center for ŠKODA and Volkswagen vehicles. A significant portion of our promotional events is aimed at families with children, which is why we chose HappyTimes agency as our partner. With their help, we have been successful in attracting this target group. We have borrowed inflatable castles and large inflatable slides from them several times, and the interest in these attractions was truly high. Children of our existing and potential customers enjoyed themselves throughout the entire event, and there were no safety issues with the attractions. We are very satisfied with the services, communication of the agency, and the execution of the events.

HappyTimes agency is a fantastic partner for events, whether for children or adults. Not only do they offer a wide range of services, but the reliability and helpfulness of both owners have helped us multiple times in organizing various events. The gentlemen always stick to what we agree upon, their approach is professional, and the cooperation has always been smooth. I can only recommend them.

Regarding your services, we are definitely satisfied. The arrangement went smoothly, even though the order was placed relatively last minute, email communication sufficed. The attraction was delivered on time as agreed, and the customers enjoyed it. The only thing that complicated the fun for us was the weather.

SDH Jílové u Prahy, velitel
We utilized the services of HappyTimes agency for the celebration of our brigade's 140th anniversary. From the first phone call to the realization and payment of services, specifically the rental of the Crazy slide, everything went without the slightest problem. Everything we agreed upon held true! Despite being troubled by rain showers during the event, the staff did everything possible to keep the attraction in operation. In practice, this meant quickly packing and covering the attraction several times a day so that it could be back in operation immediately after the rain. Since the children's interest was relentless, the staff even added an extra hour of operation without any additional cost! When we organize a similar event in the future, we will definitely turn to HappyTimes agency again.
